help the unable and disabled

we can donate something to organisations which take care of unable and disabled... but many do it,even if we does`nt. Required is the care should reach the still suffering old and physically challenged people lying on roadside as we pass by... till now mostly we did nothing seeing them except feeling pity.. we can, either individually or together as a group where ever we are if we find them join them in respective organisation nearby give them a way.., having a satisfaction why we are born....
